Staff were super, room was small but clean and thoughtful, breakfast was ok, great location, lots of space, room had a desk.

The hotel was very clean one minute walking from the train station

There was no wireless access in the hotel and it wasn't convenient. Because I was planning my trip every day

Loved the location and the friendly staff! The dining room was lovely and the breakfast was good.

We didn't have a window so I felt closed in and the bed was very small. We did book late so we were glad we got a vacancy. I think breakfast should have been included it the tariff.

Thanks, I appreciated my stay. The hotel was well priced and extremely convenient, with excellent location next to the department store. The breakfast was marvellous with a huge variety of food, everybody can choose. Location: the property was really close to Hiroshima Peace Park/Museum as well as transport. A few times I ate at Roopali Honten, located just a short walk away from the hotel...

The basic amenities in the room, including a good bathroom and a touch of the 80's decor, were great. I also appreciated the breakfast included in my rate, even if the "hot" food was quite cold.

Waking me up early when I needed to sleep, then charging me 3000 yen extra for checking out at 1pm after ringing my room every 20 minutes and continuously knocking on my door, I found this behaviour strange especially when you are not allowed to check in in this horel until after 3pm, I will never stay here again

We ate at a great restaurant which is great for breakfast. The bathroom was decent sized and beds where lovely.

I liked the room with a touch of the 80s, it was cozy and comfortable. the bed was comfortable. - the location was convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from Mazda Zoom-Zoom Stadium. - There were shopping centers and convenience stores right next door.

The close proximity to Hiroshima station, an easy three minute walk. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a lovely view overlooking the river. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Room was clean and nice size. Bathroom was small but clean and served the purpose. Good location, close to the Hiroshima train station. Free LAN internet connection in the room. Inexpensive. We'd stay again.

No breakfast on Mondays. Staff speak basic English so keep it simple. There was a slight smell of smoke in the room.

Reasonably priced hotel located near Hiroshima Peace Park/Museum, JR station, tram, and JR railway station. Good-sized rooms with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. - Magnificent and wonderful location near Asse.

It was clean, inexpensive, and a great location. It is a small efficient room.

The room had a really bad odor when the a/c was on. Staff gave me some spray (like Fabrezze) that, when sprayed into a/c each time it was turned on, "killed" the odor.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast included in my rate was a great addition to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We found the mattress on the double bed very hard compared to other hotels we stayed.
